RecurBook

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and RecurBook (“RecurBook”, “we”) covering your use of the RecurBook service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Questions any time: support@recurbook.com.

1. The service

RecurBook is scheduling software: your clients book one-time or recurring visits through your public booking page, and you manage the resulting schedule, reminders, and job details. RecurBook does not process payments between you and your clients — how you charge your clients stays entirely between you and them.

2. Your account

You sign in with email magic links; keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who controls it can access your RecurBook account. Provide accurate information, and use the service only for a business you actually operate. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Trial, subscription & cancellation

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the full product with no card required. If the trial ends without a subscription, your public booking page pauses — existing appointments, reminders, your dashboard, and your data all keep working, and subscribing turns the page back on. The subscription is $19 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings: you keep full service through the end of the period you’ve paid for, no further charges are made, and your data is never deleted for canceling. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email — never mid-billing-period.

4. Your clients’ data

The client details flowing through your booking page (names, contact details, addresses, access notes) are your business records. You confirm you’re entitled to collect them and use them for scheduling, and you agree to handle them lawfully. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use RecurBook to send spam, to harvest data, to impersonate someone else, to disrupt the service, or for anything unlawful. Booking emails exist to serve real appointments — abusing them as a bulk-mail channel is grounds for suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

6. Availability

We work to keep RecurBook fast and available, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (hosting, email delivery, Google) can interrupt service; we’ll communicate meaningful disruptions.

7. Intellectual property

RecurBook and its software remain ours. Your data — your business profile, your clients, your bookings — remains yours; we claim no rights to it beyond what’s needed to run the service for you.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecurBook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including missed appointments, lost bookings, or lost profits — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using RecurBook at any time, and request an export of your data or full account deletion via support@recurbook.com. We may terminate or suspend service for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (4, 7, 8) survive termination.

10. Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date above and email account owners before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
