Let clients book recurring visits themselves
Share one link and clients book a whole series — weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or one-time — with the address, gate codes, and access notes you need to show up ready.
Built for cleaners, lawn care, pool pros & dog walkers
who’d rather be working than texting to reschedule.
Don’t take our word for it — book a fake cleaning right now.
Maria’s Cleaning is a live demo business. Book against it, poke around — you can’t break anything.
Three steps between you and a calendar that fills itself
Set it up once in about ten minutes. Then share your link and let clients do the booking.
Set your services & hours
Name what you do, how long it takes, and when you work. Ten minutes, once. Got regulars already? Book them in yourself from your own page — about two minutes each.
Share your link
Text it, put it in your Instagram bio, print it on a card. It's your booking page.
Clients book the whole series
Twelve Tuesdays in one go — with the gate code and where the key is, on every visit.
Everything a repeat-visit business needs — nothing it doesn't
Book a whole recurring series at once
Clients pick weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or one-time — and confirm the entire run in a single tap. If a date isn't available, it's flagged before they confirm, never silently dropped.
- Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or one-time — all first-class
- Unavailable dates are flagged, not dropped
Your whole week, at a glance
Every booked series lands on one calendar and one agenda — recurring visits, one-offs, skips and all. It syncs straight to Google Calendar, with a read-only feed for any other calendar.
- Google Calendar sync, plus an .ics feed for any calendar
- An email digest of tomorrow's jobs, every evening
Clients can cancel a visit themselves — no account, ever
The confirmation email carries a private link. From it, clients see all their visits and can cancel one if they must — as long as it's outside the notice window you set. The moment they cancel, you get an email and the slot reopens on your booking page.
- No client accounts and no passwords
- You're emailed the instant a client cancels — and the slot reopens
Every job comes with the details to show up ready
Address, gate codes, parking, pets — captured at booking and attached to every visit in the series. Open the job on your phone and everything you need is right there.
- Address, gate codes, parking & pet notes on every booking
- Automatic email reminders so no one's a no-show
Not another meeting scheduler
Calendly is built for one-off calls. RecurBook is built for repeat home visits.
For recurring home & field service
- Book a whole recurring series at once
- Address & gate codes on every booking
- Clients book with no account, ever
- $19 flat — one plan, everything included
For one-off meetings & calls
- Built for one-off meetings and calls — and great at them
- One visit per booking — a 12-visit series means 12 separate bookings
- Repeats live on your own calendar, not in the client’s booking
Calendly is great at meetings. RecurBook is built for jobs. Keep Calendly for calls if you like — just point your cleaning clients at your RecurBook link. Comparison as of July 2026.
One plan. Everything included.
Less than one cleaning visit pays for the month.
A single weekly client at $150 a visit is worth about $7,500 a year ($150 × 50 weeks). $19 a month is what it costs to stop losing one to scheduling chaos.
No credit card required to start.
Questions, answered
I already have regular clients. Do they each have to book themselves?
No — you book them in yourself from your own booking page, about two minutes per client. They just get a confirmation email with all their visits listed. One-off jobs can be added straight from your dashboard, too.
Will my clients actually use this?
It's six quick questions on their phone — under three minutes, no app, no account, no password. If someone would rather call you, take the call and book them in yourself in two minutes. Either way, the job lands on your schedule.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, pick times, and enter their details. The confirmation email has a private link to manage their visits — no password, ever.
Can clients pay through RecurBook?
Not yet — v1 is scheduling only. You keep charging the way you do today (cash, Venmo, Zelle, invoice).
What happens when a slot in the series is already taken?
The rest of the series books normally and that one date is flagged as "skipped" — the client sees it before confirming, you both get it highlighted in email, and it sits in your Needs-attention list until you resolve it. Nothing double-books, nothing silently disappears.
I mostly do one-time jobs — can I still use RecurBook?
Absolutely. One-time is a first-class option in the booking flow — many businesses start clients with a single visit that turns into a weekly series later.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes — bookings appear in your Google Calendar and cancellations remove them. Any other calendar (Apple, Outlook) can subscribe to your read-only feed.
What happens after my trial?
Your booking page pauses until you subscribe — existing appointments, reminders, and your data all stay intact. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two taps from Settings. Your data stays, and you can reactivate whenever you want it back.
